Private Sessions

Traditionally, yoga was taught one-on-one.

Private sessions provide a setting in which your individuality can be completely addressed.

During private sessions Asana (poses), Pranayamas (breathing exercises), Kriyas (cleansing exercises), Mantras and Meditation techniques are selectively chosen and developed to meet your specific needs and address you specific challenges.

We work together on removing old patterns that prevent you from living a fulfilling life. Happiness is your birthright. So is peace, so is joy...
