PLANT BASED DIET

This one-on-one coaching is to guide you, support you and educate you toward a plant base diet.

Eating a diet of plant-powerful foods means more antioxidants, more nutrients, more vitamins, more minerals, more fiber. It means life force in our food and therefore more life in our bodies and mind. YOGIC DIET

How do yogi eat? What is the proper diet to support a yogic body and Vedic mind?
The answer is in the Yogic Sattvic Diet.

Sattvic food is that which is pure, clean and wholesome. A sattvic diet is food that gives life, strength, energy, courage and self-determination. In other words, sattvic food gives us more than the gross physical requirements of the proper mix of proteins, carbs and fats etc. It gives us the subtle nourishment necessary for vitality and consciousness. Food is seen as a carrier of the life force called Prana and is mesured by the quality of its prana and by the effect it has on our consciousness.

The Sattvic Diet supports the yoga practitioner toward the goal of yoga:  "Yogas Chitta Vritti Nirodaha" (Patanjali Yoga Sutra 1.2).

MA LOCHANA and her coaching PROGRAM

Ma Lochana is a Certified Holistic Health & Nutrition Counselor, educated at the Clayton College and at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Her studies have included different dietary theories, from the ancient traditions of Ayurveda, Macrobiotics and Chinese medicine to the most current concepts like raw foods, Atkins diet, blood type diets, and the Zone.  She is certified by the AADP, American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

 

She has helped successfully a variety of clients from different background, sex and age and guided to experience true health and harmony, while removing common conditions and diseases of modern society (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, migraines, insomnia, over weight, etc…).

She has found amazing results in coaching families to find and maintain health and balanced life style for the kids and parents. Too many kids are suffering from obesity, asthma, eczema, ADD, ADHD, etc… there is a natural easy way to help our children live a healthy life.

She is specialized in plant based diet and she is highly qualified to guide clients that want to transition into a vegan/vegetarian diet assuring balanced nourishment.

She will guide you in finding the unique Nutrition that respects your individual qualities, preferences, life style, body type, etc.

You will of course receive plenty of nutritious recipes through out the program. And if you prefer you can arrange private cooking classes during our sessions.

During one of the sessions, you will schedule a Health Food Store tour. There are a lot of products in the health food store and people think that only because a product is in the health food store is healthy, but it is not.

Ma Lochana will guide you and suggests vitamins, supplements, superfoods etc, but I will not sell you any product of any sort. Her mission is to educate you to find balance through food and life style.
